All members are reminded that we are eligible to claim the class 3 driver’s medical exam on our extended health plan, however, you will only be reimbursed @ 80%. If you have not satisfied your $150 deductible it would be applied to that as well. (You might get nothing back.) We are not covered for the class 3 “medical processing fee”.
E-mail a copy of your receipt to KBrunt@coquitlam.ca and she will send you a letter to give to Blue Cross.
If your spouse/commonlaw has extended health benefis through their work then you can claim the unpaid portion on theirs.
